Physics
This was intended to be a chapter on semiconductor physics. It did not make it into the book for space and relevance reasons. I am including it here for download as I feel it does have relevance for some people.
Be aware that this material does not have the benefit of any editing so it might contain a few errors and will not be as easy to read as as the book itself.
